Mating Monsters was an absolutely addicting read! Full of interesting characters and world building, readers will not be able to put it down。 The MFC Isla is a fantastic heroine to follow and her men Dranos, Wyre, and Ralos are absolutely precious when it comes to her。 I loved seeing their relationship grow throughout along with an epic storyline that will have readers on the edge of their seat! Can't wait to see what M。Sinclair creates next! Mating Monsters was an absolutely addicting read! eeeekI love this book! I love this world! I really think the idea of nightmares is cool, it’s different than the usual and I love the books coming out of this world! I would read more and can’t wait for Arabella’s story!

Wow! Exactly the right Mixtur between spice and serious plot。 Characters are well written。 My favourite is Dranos。

This is the first book I have read by this author and it won’t be my last。 It enthralled me from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until the end。 Isla was so very sweet and only wanted to be loved。 Her guys were scary to other people, but never to her。 The characters and the word building were amazing。 I’m going back to read the other books in this world。 This is definitely recommended, especially if you like PNR RH。

A quick and easy read, but a good one。 Isla is a water sprite and suspected class C nightmare living with an abusive mother。 Nightmares are the non-human “monsters” of the world - So any creature with otherworldly abilities。 Early on in the story she meets Dranos, Wyre and Ralos - 3 class A nightmares - and the attraction is immediate, but the two classes are unable to mix safely。 However, it’s soon suggested that there may be more to Isla’s heritage and power than first thought and that makes h A quick and easy read, but a good one。 Isla is a water sprite and suspected class C nightmare living with an abusive mother。 Nightmares are the non-human “monsters” of the world - So any creature with otherworldly abilities。 Early on in the story she meets Dranos, Wyre and Ralos - 3 class A nightmares - and the attraction is immediate, but the two classes are unable to mix safely。 However, it’s soon suggested that there may be more to Isla’s heritage and power than first thought and that makes her appealing to the wrong kind of people。 There is very little action in this book in terms of physical conflict and the steamy scenes are towards the end, but the story is interesting and unique。 I liked the extensive ending we were given for Isla and her men, but I expected a different ending for Isla’s mother - Although she was an evil woman, there was the suggestion of “wrongness” around her, that seemed to suggest ongoing outside influence at work and I’d have liked to have seen that explored further, to better explain how she treated her daughter (more so than just the reasons we were given)。 A good read overall。 。。。more

Threw out all the stopsIsla, a nightmare with water powers, is found nearly submerged in a muddy puddle in the rain by Ralos, a damphir nightmare, and taken to the home he shares with Wyre, a wendigo nightmare, and Dranos, a legend nightmare, to dry off and warm up。 As the story progresses a feeling of safety blankets her, she releases some of her secrets, and when she thinks that running away is the only way to keep everyone safe, they could prove her wrong。 M Sinclair threw out all the stops i Threw out all the stopsIsla, a nightmare with water powers, is found nearly submerged in a muddy puddle in the rain by Ralos, a damphir nightmare, and taken to the home he shares with Wyre, a wendigo nightmare, and Dranos, a legend nightmare, to dry off and warm up。 As the story progresses a feeling of safety blankets her, she releases some of her secrets, and when she thinks that running away is the only way to keep everyone safe, they could prove her wrong。 M Sinclair threw out all the stops in Mating Monsters。 I have decided that I would love my nightmares more if they were like Ralos, Dranos, and Wyre。 This is the firstyt book I have read from this series and will definitely be checking out the others, even if it is just Arabella's story。I received a free copy of the book from the author。 I had the opportunity to review or not。 。。。more

one day read! This was a one day read for me! I honestly didn’t even bother with reading the description, because the title already had me。Isla thought she was going to be free soon。 Free from the abuse and pain from the one person who should be her protector, her mother。 Instead, she’s saved from one of the most feared group of nightmares。 What she doesn’t expect is falling for these scary monsters who will follow her to the ends of the earth to protect her。 I throughly enjoyed the story line。 W one day read! This was a one day read for me! so good!I love everything about ISS and the monsters。 Can’t wait to read more of Arabella’s story。 This was a great spinoff before Arabella mates her guys。 Isla is so sweet for a monster。 Must read!

This was a completely adorable standalone story based in the ISS world。 I really love the world M Sinclair has created with Isla our FMC who has had a really rough time found hurt and alone, taken under the wing of three men who are much more powerful than her。 Secrets have been kept and not everything is as it seems though and these men will do everything to keep her safe。 I hope to see more in this world as I think it’s definitely got waaay more to give。 🖤

Enjoyable addition to the series As always M Sinclair writes an enjoyable book that draws you in。 We visit the universe prior to the last books to meet a very different fmc。 The men are just as possessive though! This book works as a stand-alone in many ways, but is enriched by reading about Arabella and her men from the other books。

Absolutely Phenomenal!M Sinclair once again delivers an incredible story! I absolutely couldn’t put it down! M Sinclair has the unique ability to create characters that you absolutely adore, and can never get enough of!Mating Monsters will definitely become one of my go-to reads, as it has just the right mix of Posessive men, absolute sweetness, and a perfectly happy ending! This book is well worth your time!

3。5 starsGood, but I thought there was too much internal dialogue versus things actually happening in the book and the ending felt rushed。

Ugh… I feel super conflicted about my rating here。 I 1-starred another book this week because of the inclusion of the *extremely taboo Indigenous folklore creature that has been asked to not be used outside of cultural context* and the fact that there was no warning about it。 This book also uses this creature and there is no warning about it。 Which, honestly made me groan in frustration because this is literally the third monster-f***er type RH book I’ve read and I really hope this doesn’t conti Ugh… I feel super conflicted about my rating here。 I 1-starred another book this week because of the inclusion of the *extremely taboo Indigenous folklore creature that has been asked to not be used outside of cultural context* and the fact that there was no warning about it。 This book also uses this creature and there is no warning about it。 Which, honestly made me groan in frustration because this is literally the third monster-f***er type RH book I’ve read and I really hope this doesn’t continue to be a problem。 It makes me feel icky and like I’m not doing my part as an ally by consuming content that isn’t respecting indigenous wishes; I will say that Sinclair’s spin is… a bit more respectful, I guess? Idk… I really liked this book。 I really loved the I。S。S。 setting/set up and I already have Soothing Monsters queued up because I didn’t realize there was a book one (although they are standalones)。 I enjoyed the hidden/repressed powers that carry the plot, the “b!tch got what she deserved” moments, and I loved how despite being literal terrifying nightmares Isla’s harem was sweet and doting and protective… as well as dominating, focused on her pleasure and safety, and willing to do /anything/ for her。 I liked the unique traits and aspects of the men too。 They weren’t too similar like some harems tend to be, they were very much their own people even though they shared some commonalities, and their characters felt fully developed。 This left me wanting to read more, but not in an “I’m unsatisfied with where this went” way, in a “wow this world is incredible and I can’t wait to meet more monsters” kind of way。 。。。more

I'm really loving this new world of Nightmares that Sinclair has been building。 Mating Monsters only made me want so much more from this world (just like the original series)。 We get the best of paranormal romance in Mating Monsters。 A sweet FMC who gets to learn of her true strength and the doting mates we only wish we could have in reality。 There are moments of laughter surrounding the moments of sadness。 A nice amount of steam to round it all out。 I want more! Sometimes the real monsters are closer to home than we care to admit。 This book has a warning because the mother was abusive to the main female character which I will admit had me in tears。 But this book does have a HEA and I love the nightmares that that will do anything for her。 Those monsters I prefer to be on the bed instead of under it。

“Absolutely fantastic!! This monster romance books are starting to become an addiction to me, plus they’re RHs too! AMAZING!! Isla was an incredible FMC, she was a little bit insane but in a weird-cute way。 Her guys were perfect。 All possessive, dark and obsessed with their pet *wink wink* Fall in love with Dranos, Ralos and Were was the easiest thing ever, the way they adore Isla and their protectiveness was so h*t。 Talking about spice… expect the unexpected and enjoy the ride!”

Margaret Callahan

M。 Sinclair has once again written a story that sucks you in from the very first line。 I loved Isla and her mates story。 I love how possessive the guys are from the first moment, and how they went to find her after she ran away。 I honestly just love everything about this book。

I absolutely loved this book! I usually cant stand a timid/shy FMC but I couldn't help loving Isla。 She is vulnerable, scared, and has lost all hope due to her abusive home。 She has almost given up when her monsters show up。 Wyre, Ralos, and Dranos are EVERYTHING! They are dark, scary and malicious in their own right, but with Isla all that vanishes。 They are sweet, comforting and angry on her behalf。 She is theirs and they will do anything and go through anyone to keep her safe no matter the co I absolutely loved this book!
